All GWÉMÉ pieces are made to order. Crafting takes 10 to 15 business days before your item ships.Timeline for bespoke pieces will be communicated at the time of order.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Custom sizing is available only for bespoke orders. For made-to-order pieces, we recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page.

Can I request a custom fabric or colour?

Yes. You may request custom Adire or Aso Oke through our Custom Fabric service. Share your preferences and our team will guide you through the process.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns are accepted within 7 days on unworn and undamaged items. Made-to-order pieces, bespoke sizes, and custom fabrics are not eligible. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Our team will resolve it immediately.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Delivery timelines and fees vary by location. International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces return in small batches while others are limited releases. You may join the waitlist on the product page to be notified of availability.

Can I change my order after placing it?
