By opting in to GWÉMÉ SMS communications, you may receive text messages about:

Promotions, sales, and discounts

Opt-in consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive automated transactional and marketing SMS from GWÉMÉ. Consent is not required to make a purchase.

Message frequency

Marketing: Up to 8 messages per month
Transactional: Sent as needed based on your activity

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for full details about your text plan.

Opting out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

Replying STOP to any message
Texting STOP to our shortcode
Updating your preferences in your GWÉMÉ account
Contacting customer support

You may still receive non-marketing messages related to orders even after opting out.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the GWÉMÉ mobile app for personal, non-commercial use.

With the mobile app, you can:

Receive push notifications
Access mobile-exclusive offers

With your permission, we may send push notifications related to:

Order updates
Promotions and offers
New arrivals

Failed or delayed SMS delivery
App crashes or errors
Data loss
Unauthorized access to your device or account

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to mobile services at any time, with or without notice.

We may update these Mobile Terms occasionally. Continued use of our mobile services signifies your acceptance of the updated version.
