Cart page: Shipping is shown as “Calculated at checkout” until you enter your delivery address.
Checkout: After you provide your address, we detect your location and show the shipping options and price for your zone.
Real-time totals: Your order total updates instantly so you always know exactly what you’re paying.

Free shipping

Gweme offers free shipping on qualifying orders, no matter where you are.

Free shipping threshold: ₦1,500,000

When your order total reaches ₦1,500,000 or more, shipping is free for all delivery zones – Lagos, other Nigerian states, and international destinations.

If you’re close to the threshold, adding one more item may help you qualify for free shipping.

Shipping is based on your delivery location. At checkout, we’ll confirm your zone and show the exact amount before you complete your order. Typical rates start from:

Lagos

Deliveries within Lagos State.

Examples: Lagos Island, Ikeja, Lekki, Victoria Island.

Other Nigeria

Deliveries to other Nigerian states.

Examples: Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Ibadan.

International

Deliveries outside Nigeria.

Examples: United States, United Kingdom, Ghana, and more.

Final shipping costs depend on your delivery address and order details, and are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing & delivery times

We work to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible, while keeping your items safe.

Order processing: 10–15 business days.
Nigeria deliveries: usually arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
International deliveries: typically arrive within 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Customs & import duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total at checkout.

Shipping restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout for successful delivery.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant details. We’ll work with our delivery partners to investigate and assist with a resolution.
